Players are actually 'complaining', if it can be called that, about Starfield being so bug-free.
Now, we put ‘complaining’ in quotes – because these aren’t real gripes with the game, but rather a tongue-in-cheek comment on the fact that Bethesda’s bugs are usually so great – they’re worth keeping.
Skyrim, if you didn’t know, is another one of Bethesda’s titles and has gone down in internet history. In fact, it’s gone down inhistory with the famous “arrow to the knee” line penetrating all layers of pop culture. It’s certainly a fan favourite game, and can likely be attributed to most of Starfield’s oncoming success. Part of its charm was due to the immersion-breaking-game-destroying-hilarity-ensuing bugs that were never more than a stone’s throw away.
Starfield, on the other hand, is yet to see its glitches etched into internet history – partly because there just aren’t many to fuss about.
