Starfield is not launching on Xbox and PC for some people but thankfully there's some easy fixed for the problem.

That’s because some people who stayed up until 1am to start playing as soon as possible found themselves met with an error message that, ironically enough, told them they were too early. While Bethesda games have a reputation for being buggy, this one’s not really the studio’s fault. After all, given how hotly anticipated Starfield is, and the game’s launch requiring an Internet connection, the most likely answer is that Microsoft’s servers simply struggled accommodating so many people trying to access the game at once.
With any luck, the issue shouldn’t be a problem anymore, for those with enough patience to wait but, just in case, these are the simplest fixes.As explained by Reddit user ComManDerBG, this kind of issue has happened before with early access launches and a lot of the time people tend to assume something’s gone wrong when all that’s required is some patience.
ComManDerBG’s solution is specifically for the Steam version and explains how Steam still needs to unpack compressed and encrypted files before it can start running the game.
