Many areas of the UK will see highs of 28C
Many areas of the UK are set to finally get a blast of summer over the next week - with temperatures set to hit the mid 20s in Nottinghamshire. The pleasant outlook comes on the back of a largely washout summer, with rain and cloud ruining many holidays.
At the start of the next week, those cloudy days are set to be replaced by sunshine. Currently, the Met Office says temperatures will reach highs of 25C on Monday and Tuesday, with highs of 25C. Temperatures of around 25C are then expected for the rest of the week, however, so far it is predicted to be more cloudy.
