Wos had worked as a foreman at a grain-processing plant for 40 years, living on the site with his wife and elderly mother-in-law whom he cared for.It’s understood that Ciupek had only just arrived at the warehouse driving a tractor full of grain as Wos waited to unload it when the missile struck.
It was all an ‘unfortunate incident’, Mr Duda said at a news conference in Bali, rather than an ‘intentional attack’.He added: ‘We have no evidence that the rocket was launched by the Russian side, there is a high probability that the rocket was used by the Ukrainian defence forces.’
