It's spa day, every day for tiffdods.

I like to think of my life in terms of B.T.— "before turban"—and, more recently, A.T.— "after turban." Let me explain. For most of my life, I've dried myby wringing it out with a towel to soak up any excess moisture, often resulting in a head full of fuzzy, lifeless curls.

Made with an absorbent, microfiber material that’s designed to decrease friction , the turban helps keep my curl pattern intact and add some bounce to them. It also doesn’t feel like a balancing act when I’m wearing it— as it might with a weighty body towel— since it’s extremely lightweight. It feels no heavier than a beanie, but still looks extremely posh. With it on, I like to imagine I’m one of those posh women with towels on their heads, sunning on the rooftop of some swanky hotel.

Most importantly, the turban has scaled back my drying time to mere minutes . It virtually only takes five to seven minutes for my hair to go from soaking wet to manageably damp, which makes it way easier to manipulate my hair with myafter-the-fact.
