Surveillance photos released of robbery suspect, vehicle tied to fatal shooting 62-year-old man, HPD says
Houston police said the suspect, between 25 to 35 years old, was seen driving a gold Buick sedan and circling the block several times prior to the shooting. The sedan allegedly stopped near the 62-year-old man as he walked to his car. That’s when the suspect got out of the driver seat, pointed a gun at the man and demanded his wallet, according to police.
Surveillance photos were released of a suspect accused of fatally shooting a 62-year-old man during a robbery on Sunday in southeast Houston, according to the Houston Police Department. Police said a struggle broke out between the man and suspect and the suspect shot the victim, took his wallet and fled the scene.
Anyone with information on the identity of the wanted suspect, the suspect vehicle or in this case is asked to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or speak anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8577.
