Richmond School, which is one street over, is closed until further notice and parents have been urged to stay away. Deputy headteacher Ricki Danks said: "There is a serious incident currently occurring on one of the local streets near to school."We apologise for the late notice; police officers have just arrived at school to advise us to close until the incident is resolved."
