Herts Police said they were called to the incident at around 5.40pm on Saturday, January 21, in Watling Street, Radlett.A passer-by said he saw about seven or eight police cars in Watling Street, Radlettwas told by a passer-by, who lives in Radlett, that he saw “seven or eight police cars” there on Saturday evening.
He said he thought there might have been armed officers, adding:"I instantly knew that something a bit naughtier was taking place."
