The new Prince and Princess of Wales, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have arrived at Windsor to greet crowds of well-wishers outside Windsor Castle.

The visit marks the William, Kate, Harry and Meghan's first public appearance since the Queen's death. As large crowds lined up outside, Prince Andrew thanked people for visiting Balmoral and said:"We've been allowed one day, now we start the process of handing her on." The Queen’s coffin will be carried by six gamekeepers from the Balmoral Estate on Sunday 11 September at 10am.The coffin will rest in the Throne Room to allow staff at the palace to pay their respects.

The state hearse will take the Queen's coffin to Buckingham Palace, where it will be placed in the centre of the ballroom to give members of the royal household the chance to pay their respects. The lying in state will begin afterwards, during which members of the public will be able to file past and pay their respects.The funeral will take place at 11am on Monday 19 September after which the Queen’s coffin will be taken to Windsor for a committal. Details of who will attend as well as the order of service are expected next week.He will visit Northern Ireland on Tuesday 13 September, and Wales on Friday 16 September.

"I thank her for the kindness she showed my family and me. And I thank her on behalf of my generation for providing an example of service and dignity in public life that was from a different age, but always relevant to us all.He concluded:"All of the sadness we will feel in the coming weeks will be testament to the love we felt for our extraordinary Queen.

"It's been a great privilege to look like her because I think she's so incredible," Ms Reynolds said.Ms Reynolds said she had been approached by a Russian television company after the Queen's death on Thursday, asking her to don her impersonator outfit. "I was in the Mall when she got married, and I was just off of the Mall for her coronation," she said.
