Philadelphia police arrested a man on Wednesday evening who they say stole a sailboat docked on the Delaware River.

Within a half hour, officers from the Marine Unit and the Coast Guard spotted the boat about two miles away, still heading south.After Pojar told authorities he worked for the Federal Agency and had a gun, police determined the gun was stolen. He didn't use it to take the boat, police said.The boat had been docked at the time near where a sailboat training session was being held. The sails were down, but Pojar got in the boat and was able to start the engine and steal it.
