WILLIAMSPORT – A federal judge has thrown out all but one of the claims in a lawsuit arising from a 2018 sexual assault/hazing incident involving members of the Williamsport Area High School baseball team. But U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann on Thursday gave the plaintiff, identified only as John Doe, until May 11 to file an amended complaint on most of them.
“Despite the unsettling nature of Doe’s allegations, he fails to demonstrate a legal basis for the remedies he seeks ,” the judge wrote explaining his ruling. If you purchase a product or register for an account through one of the links on our site, we may receive compensation.

This was spliced together with another scene from the same breakfast where Odinga shook hands with Ruto, who was deputy president at the time. However, he did not apologise to Ruto.
