WILLIAMSPORT – Two men are headed to trial in a Lycoming County homicide case primarily due to the testimony of the young sister of the victim.
Rocellus Carter, left and Seneca Mitchell Jr. are escorted by sheriff’s deputies from the Lycoming County courthouse Wednesday after their preliminary hearing in a homicide case. Both were held for court. Mozee was dragged bleeding into the bathroom before he was taken to UPMC Williamsport where he died early the next morning, he said.
When he met with her about two weeks after the shooting she admitted being a witness but was reluctant to talk about it, he said.
