A new Indian restaurant is set to open in Nottingham's historic Lace Market. Lagan Indian Tapas will be taking over Paris in High Pavement, which closed down suddenly in June after four years.
"The city venue will be similar but it will be all-day dining. We will also offer breakfast and lunch menus. I am hoping to open as soon as possible but I'm realistically giving two months for the project."The blossom trees and romantic surroundings of Paris will be replaced by Lagan's modern style. Suraj, who also runs Haveili Mewar at Radcliffe-on-Trent, added that he hopes to open on November 1.
