A mum has claimed her son went missing from school and ran across a busy road before he was found by his father.
Laura told the Record: "I was at work and I got a call from Sam's dad to say he had escaped school and that they didn't know where he went. It turned out he was able to run across a busy road. "He's small for his age and looks a lot younger than what he is. A big car wouldn't have seen him and he could have been easily hit. He could have been taken, too.
