Man pleads guilty to fatal stabbing, injury stabbing following Chula Vista Halloween party [Breaking]
A man who stabbed two men in Chula Vista, killing one of them, pleaded guilty Thursday to charges of voluntary manslaughter and assault with a deadly weapon.
Ochoa is expected to be sentenced to 11 years in state prison when he is sentenced June 2 in Chula Vista Superior Court.that sparked while the men were riding in a car after leaving a Halloween party that night.
