The Manchester City boss will not be on the touchline at Molineux thanks to an incident in midweek
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola will not be on the touchline for Saturday’s clash with Wolves after picking up three yellow cards from the dugout.
Speaking about his booking post-match, Guardiola said: "I don’t know how many fouls they did, how many fouls we had and the number of yellow cards. But it is what it is, sometimes the emotions are there. Respect for the referees and their job. A well-deserved yellow card."READ MORE: 'Say no' - Guardiola says players should take action over mounting fixture lists
Last season the threshold for a ban was four cards, but this was reduced to three after the PGMOL - the governing body for referees - announced a clampdown on adverse touchline behaviour this summer.
