Shortly before 6pm on Friday, June 23, the stretch of road was closed close to Queen's Medical Centre.cars in the area, and cordons have been put in place. A spokesperson for Nottinghamshire Police stated: "It's an ongoing police incident. Officers are in attendance."
It is not yet known what the incident is. According to Nottingham Travelwise, the travel Twitter account managed by Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council: "A52 Clifton Boulevard northbound closed between Dunkirk Flyover and QMC Island due to a police incident" An eyewitness in the area stated: "Closed Clifton Boulevard.
