Local councillor Christine Carrigan said in post on Facebook: "Thanks to everyone informing me of the situation at Stockport College this morning. I'm on the scene and currently loading with Police and Officers.A tweet posted by Stagecoach said: "Routes 192/358/378/378/383. Diversion in both directions via Greek Street, Shaw Heath and Longshut Lane. This is due to a Police incident on A6 outside Stockport College. Sorry if this is affecting your journey with us today.
