The events will feature various activities for people to participate in including panel discussions, artistic workshops and the North West’s first black Indie Comic Festival
Libraries across Greater Manchester will be participating in Black History Month by hosting events celebrating black female pioneers who made history.
The panel discussions will be covering black experience in theatre, TV and film and colour blind casting. Guests are also invited to wear a costume centered around Bridgerton’s period. Executive Member for Skills Employment, and Leisure, councillor John Hacking said: "In Manchester, we're proud of our diverse communities.
