Congressman Doug Collins from Georgia said he agrees with Governor Brian Kemp on reopening the economy, but not on how the governor is going about doing so.

A Georgia Republican congressman criticized Governor Brian Kemp's decision to reopen the economy Thursday, saying that Kemp is"not communicating clearly.
"Leadership is about communicating and when you are not communicating clearly – look, the governor did not take away the stay-at-home order, but yet selectively decided certain businesses are going to open up," Congressman Doug Collins said in an appearance on Fox News'"It has made people nervous. I think clear communication is what has to happen.
The Georgia representative said that while he and the governor share the common goal of wanting to reopen the state's economy, the issue is how to properly go about doing so. "My concern is not having the local input into that [decision]. Up in my area, which is north of Atlanta, we are having an increase in cases. In my local hospital, they are seeing a rapid increase. So it is depending on the spot. That's where I think locals needed to have more input," Collins said.
