Residents are not happy
Police have released CCTV footage after a group of anti-social bike riders have been terrorising Blackburn residents.
"The group have been seen across the town and clearly have no regard for their own safety, or the safety of other road users, as they have been seen pulling wheelies and riding across roundabouts, whilst not even wearing helmets." "I have no doubt that there are people out there who have seen these distinctive bikes and riders on their street and will know who they are and where they live. We are asking that you let us know who they are so we can to speak with these individuals before we end up dealing with a serious injury or worse.
