Former aide sues NY AG Letitia James, ex chief of staff over cover-up of alleged sexual assault
New York attorney general candidate Michael Henry explains why he feels everyday New Yorkers will not support New York AG Letitia James this November on 'The Ingraham Angle.'is suing her, claiming she covered up sexual harassment and a sexual assault by her former chief of staff, according to court documents.
New York Attorney General Letitia James speaks during a press conference at the office of the Attorney General on September 21 in New York. She is being sued along with her former chief of staff, Ibrahim Khan, over coverup allegations. Quintanar's lawsuit also claims that James allowed another staffer in 2019 to resign under similar circumstances.
When he won, Quintanar began looking for a new job, prompting her to attend the fundraiser where the alleged assault occurred, according to court documents.
