Clubs have until 11pm on Friday to conclude their business in the summer transfer window, with sides looking to do last minute business.
Brennan Johnson is a player who could be involved in the last minute scramble. Forest are said to be holding out for £50 million for the forward, with the Reds turning down another bid from Brentford. Tottenham Hotspur are also trying to buy the Welshman before the deadline. The striker didn't start last night's 1-0 defeat at home to Burnley in the Carabao Cup but he did come off the bench.
In terms of incomings, Forest have been linked with a number of players, not least Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi and Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi. Brazilian defender Murillo could also be on his way in along with Nuno Tavares. On the pitch, any new players could potentially make their debuts for the club when Forest take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
