Ford Motor Co. announces an executive shakeup

Joe Hinrichs, president of the Americas for Ford Motor Co., left, speaks with Jim Farley, group vice president of global marketing, sales and service for Ford Motor Co. The moves come amid Ford’s ongoing $11 billion restructuring that is shedding thousands of salaried jobs. While Ford is sticking to its goal of having a fully autonomous vehicle on the road by 2021, Hackett is tamping down expectations of how fast the technology will grow.
