Tia's newly released “Female Stress Signature Quiz” is one of the new and innovative ways this paradigm changing women's health care platform is delivering tools that make a difference.
‘s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Stephanie McClellan, explained their new test is designed as a tool to help females understand how chronic stress affects the mind and body over time. The goal is being to help women understand their vulnerabilities with respect to chronic stress and suggest foundational lifestyle changes to mitigate and in some cases, reverse the effects of allostatic load on their mind and body.
The quiz categorizes participants into one of four broad chronic stress types, and then provides care plans with practical, actionable advice. Each stress type is based on two factors. Your energy style which is how eager your body is to mobilize; either a go-go-go Sprinter or a slow-your-roll Pacer. The second is your Arousal Style. How alert is your nervous system? That means both your brain and body are either Vigilant or Reluctant.
