The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office coroner’s bureau identified a 17-year-old who died in a solo crash Sunday on Highway 13.

Sunday, California Highway Patrol officers responded to reports of aWhen officers arrived, they found a vehicle that had been seen speeding before it left the roadway and ended up on its roof on Monterey Boulevard beside the highway.The CHP investigation was continuing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Oakland CHP office at 510-457-2875.
