Volvo is taking a lot of steps to keep the EX30's price down, including using a platform called SEA , which was developed by, and presumably shared with their vehicles. Volvo's other upcoming electric SUV, the EX90, is on the Volvo-designed SPA2 platform. We asked Volvo's execs if future EX models would use Geely's SEA or Volvo's SPA2, and they changed the subject again.
