“Yooo im a part of @youtubemusic foundry programme now and thats siiiicK,” Girl In Red wrote on Twitter following the announcement, while Beabadoobee tweeted, “HOLY FUCK thank you @youtubemusic for making me part of the FOUndry program this is like a dream.” Launched in 2016, Foundry was designed by YouTube to provide up-and-coming independent artists with crucial resources including marketing, promotional support and access to new content formats to help grow their fandoms.
