RIP Barbara - she 'lived for crown green bowling'
Family and friends of an Accrington woman who died just over a week after being found unconscious have paid tribute to the loving mum and cherished grandma. Barbara Lynne Horman was unresponsive when she was discovered behind her front door at her home in Stanley Street on April 24 of this year.
According to the NHS, a subdural haematoma is a term used to describe a serious medical condition where blood collects between the skull and the surface of the brain. Frailty was also listed as a contributory factor in Ms Horman's death. "She thoroughly enjoyed her bowling holidays to the Isle of Man and loved to socialise and have a catch up with her good friends. Barbara loved her music and line dancing and Rock and Roll."
