UPDATE: Woman trapped in car and motorcyclist 'seriously injured' in separate incidents near Craven Arms
West Mercia Police officers were called to the scene at around 7.10am this morning on the A489, in Horderley.The driver of the vehicle, a woman, was found trapped but not injured.
Crews from Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service and West Midlands Ambulance Service also attended the scene.The man in his 20s was taken to hospital by ambulance with 'potentially serious injuries'. A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:"We received a report of a collision involving one car at around 7.10am this morning. For reasons yet to be established the car had left the road."When officers arrived a second separate collision was discovered involving a motorbike.A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said:"We were called to an incident on the A489, near to Wood View Farm, at 7.24am.
"The motorcyclist, a man, was treated for potentially serious injuries before being taken to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital by land ambulance.
