The attack sprung from a row about Covid track and trace
Storm Potratz, 54, lashed out at Jackie Hudson in Glasgow city centre's Tollbooth bar on June 17, 2021.She initially punched Miss Hudson and left the bar before returning.
Potratz pleaded guilty today at Glasgow Sheriff Court to the assault to Miss Hudson's severe injury and impairment. Prosecutor Darren Harty stated this was due to a track and trace dispute with a woman Potratz was with.Mr Harty said:"This resulted in Potratz striking the manager once to the face."Mr Harty said:"She struck the manager again causing her head to strike off the bar.Fortunately, Miss Hudson will not have a long-standing impairment, but she does suffer from"post-stroke symptoms" including fatigue.Her lawyer told the court that she apologised for her conduct.
