Detectives are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dash-cam footage to come forward
Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing. Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are asking anyone who saw the incident or captured footage of it or the build up to call 101 ref CAD 1951/20 Mar.
