Authorities are searching for a hit-and-run driver who police say struck a woman and three children Tuesday night in Center City.
The collision happened around 10 p.m. near the intersection of Broad and Arch streets, according to preliminary information.
Chief Inspector Scott Small said the woman and two other victims were taken to Jefferson University Hospital, and a 9-year-old was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The woman is reportedly in critical condition and two other victims are in stable condition. The condition of the fourth victim remains unknown.
