The National Weather Service says Sky Harbor's rain total as of 2:15 p.m. was already up to a quarter of an inch. Throughout the night, NWS says rain chances will decrease. As for northern Arizona, NWS in Flagstaff says rain will continue into Sunday. Snow will blanket the highest points in the state with the agency saying, "High snow levels with only the highest mountain peaks getting snow."
