Democrats are hoping to use Mueller's account to oust Donald Trump—either via impeachment or in 2020

By all accounts, Mueller’s position hasn’t changed. Still, Democrats are hoping to coax more out of the former special counsel during his testimony before the House Judiciary and Intelligence committees this week, potentially using his account to oustto greenlight impeachment efforts for weeks, to no avail.
