When an arrest warrant was issued for Dallas Cowboys DE Sam Williams last week, fans began to wonder if he would play against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the playoffs.
reported that Williams has “resolved” the warrant with police in Plano, Texas. So, the outcome is what it felt as though it would be — Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said late last week, too, that he expected Williams to be available — from the start.
Plano Police previously said the warrant was for a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving stemming from a car crash Williams was involved in back in December.
