The"aggressive" fox reportedly bit a California congressman, requiring him to get seven stitches.Officials for the Smithsonian’s National Zoo in Washington D.C. say a fox is responsible for killing 25 American flamingos and one Northern pintail duck at the zoo after staff found the dead animals early Monday morning.
