The woman seen in a viral video going on a racist rant has been identified as Heather Patton, a costume designer in Hollywood.

This racist lady told a Black woman that she would kill all black people if it wasn't illegal in a CVS in California— StanceGrounded September 26, 2019 On Thursday, Patton issued an apology on her Instagram, writing in her profile bio: “Please do not contact me. I was intoxicated and I sincerely apologize to everyone whom I disrespected and let down for my actions. Please forgive me.”
