Tom Schwartz, who is a part of the cast, didn't arrive in time for the first day as he was supposed to be there with Sandoval. However, Kyle revealed that Schwartz will be coming a little later without his business partner and VPR costar since this scandal broke. Since the show was filmed shortly after Scandoval broke, the cast was worried Schwartz would bring negative energy and ruin their two-week vacation.
Steamboat is known for its ski resorts, so the cast will definitely be doing a lot of skiing throughout the season. The Winter House season 3 trailer showed the cast engaging in fun, snowy activities boat around their wintery abode and the Steamboat area. This town in Colorado has a lot to offer, and the cast isn't wasting any time while they are living there.
