These 3 Millennials were able to turn their passions into side hustles, and ultimately, lucrative careers

But her personal life was falling apart. She says she was severely stressed and had a feeling in her late 20s that there was something else she was meant to be doing, even though she didn’t know what that was. A doctor recommended that she try breathwork, an active meditation to release repressed emotions.
“My approach is to make sure that you are doing something that feels really good to you. I’ve done many different side hustles. I’ve done ones that are really fun ideas and ones that are all about making money. I’d get tired of them,” she says. “You want something that feels really good to you and is exciting.”Grant Sabatier, the owner of Millennial Money, sits with his laptop.
But that wasn’t enough for the young entrepreneur. He quickly started his first side hustle, building websites for local realtors and lawyers. His first website brought him $500, and about three months later, he was able to score a $50,000 project – all while working at his full-time job, he says. “A lot of people can do what I did. It’s not that inaccessible,” says Sabatier, now 33. “Side hustling is an incredible way to take that first step in trying to monetize your hobbies or interests, whatever skills you have.
