The young man went on to study at St Andrew’s University before becoming active at Westminster in recent years. One of the suspects, a man in his 30s, was detained in Oxfordshire on 13 March, while the other, in his 20s, was arrested in Edinburgh, Scotland Yard said. Searches were also carried out at an east London property.
