Obviously, they are not equipped to objectively function as the interpreter of the Constitution or ensure the American people equal justice under the law in a multifaceted society.
Indeed, they have morphed into self-appointed American oligarchs. Recently, Scotus reduced women to chattel. Additionally, people of color, LGBTQ’s and other marginalized groups were put on notice to relearn their previous place in society or face a cease-and-desist order.
