Train passengers are being warned that disruption to services will continue for several days after a landslip damaged part of the railway line in West Yorkshire.
Network Rail said investigations were carried out overnight and repair work would take place in the coming days and throughout the weekend, with normal service expected to resume on Monday morning Trains from Leeds are not calling at Morley, Batley, Dewsbury, Mirfield or Brighouse. Trains going towards Leeds from Huddersfield can still use the normal route but are subject to delays.“Engineers are working flat out to get the train service back to normal as safely and as quickly as possible.
