Arsenal's record-breaking bid for Declan Rice set to be rejected by West Ham
The Gunners had an initial bid for the England midfielder turned down by the Hammers last week. They have now made a revised offer worth an initial £75m with a further £15m in add-ons.
That would smash Arsenal's transfer record by almost £20million, with Nicolas Pepe the north London club's biggest ever signing having joined from Lille in 2019 for £72million. But talkSPORT understands West Ham will rebuff the latest bid from Arsenal for their captain and are holding out for a significantly higher fee.
Premier League champions Manchester City are continuing to weigh up a move for Rice, while Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Manchester United are also keeping tabs on the 24-year-old.
