Banking firm investment advisory office planned for newest office tower in the $1.5 billion development.
Wells Fargo is putting an office in the newest tower near the Dallas North Tollway at The Star in Frisco.Add banking giant Wells Fargo to the growing list of companies planting their flag in the Dallas Cowboys’ Star in Frisco development. The California-based banking firm subsidiary, Wells Fargo Advisors, is locating an 18,603 square-foot office in the newest high-rise in theon the Dallas North Tollway. Wells Fargo Advisors is a financial advisory services, investments and brokerage services unit of the $83 billion revenue banking firm.
Wells Fargo plans to start work in March on the office at 17 Cowboys Way and complete the construction by this fall, according to planning documents filed with the state. The $3 million construction of “space for new tenant” is being designed by Dallas’ SGDesign Inc., according to documents with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation.
