Some of the NFL's most prominent names, including Odell Beckham Jr., Patrick Mahomes, Deshaun Watson, Ezekiel Elliott and Michael Thomas, spoke out in the powerful video, telling the league how they should address racism and inequality.

Organizations, brands and companies alike have been releasing statements to their consumers, some in support of the African American community and others for the condemnation of racism. Some have missed the mark and were quickly greeted with anger on social media.

Some of the NFL's most prominent names spoke out Thursday night, telling the league how they should address racism and inequality with a powerful video. "We will not be silenced. We assert our right to peacefully protest. It shouldn't take this long to admit."
