To say Harrogate is something of a cycling town, is an understatement. The eyes of the world were on the Yorkshire spa town in 2014 when the Tour de France's Grand Depart ended here, then five years later the UCI World Road Championships pitched up for its nine-day competition.

What came was the usual traditional toasted wrap complete with chicken, peppers, cheese and spinach, but what made it sing was the chilli sauce in there. With a kick like Tadek Pogacar in his pomp, the spice levels stayed just on the right side of where you want them, but crucially this quesadilla still felt light and fresh, as the quality of the ingredients shone through.
