He said:"Claire has been ill since 2018 and we were told she needed to get a gastric pacemaker fitted. She had an operation in December to get it fitted thanks to some help from her friends.The bus mechanic works 12-hour shifts and is delighted that he can possibly take a week off for some much-deserved rest, as his prize is"way more than a year's wages".He said: "I'm going to book a cruise and I'm going to do Route 66 in America.
