On May 10 at midnight KST, I-DLE released the music video for “Allergy,” one of the songs from their upcoming mini album “Although the video initially appears to be something straight out of a lighthearted 2000s romantic comedy, the story takes a darker turn as it shines an unflattering light on the ways social media can
influence our lives. Despite only clocking in at 3 minutes, the cinematic music video takes viewers on an engrossing journey as it follows the I-DLE members’ struggles with envy—particularly that of the fictional Jeon Soyeon, who is desperate to learn “how to become a queen.”Check out I-DLE’s new music video for “Allergy” below!
