Andrew Wiggins missed the final two months of the regular season to tend to a family matter.
SAN FRANCISCO — The Warriors have seen “positive signs” from Andrew Wiggins over the last week as his ramp up continues.
Wiggins felt sore coming out of Tuesday’s practice, but he told Kerr he was “feeling good” on Wednesday.Kerr wouldn’t say whether Wiggins would be available as a starter or off the bench for Game 1 on Saturday. The Warriors are under a severe time crunch to try to get Wiggins up to game speed in time for the playoffs, which begin Saturday. If this was the regular season, Kerr previously said Wiggins would need weeks to get back into shape after missing such significant time. But the Warriors don’t have the luxury of time.
